This play not only offers entertainment but it also sends a positive message. This message takes on premarital sex, adultery, and ancillary events that can lead to sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV/AIDS. These issues have such an impact on our community that it is imperative a positive resolution be displayed. "Dangerously In Love", takes on these social issues and uses music, dance, and spoken word to relay a message in such a way that the intended audience can relate and appreciate.
The underlying theme of "Dangerously In Love" is "what's done in the dark eventually comes to the light" consequently the decisions you make to today can and will affect your life forever.
